November 17: The Time Benefits Roster & Leave Reporting Worksheet reports
in EZ Access have been updated with November 1 balances. Choose SCHEDULE REPORT when viewing
the results to have PDFs emailed to you automatically when ready.

November 12: A new report showing citizen code, visa type and work permit end date for
all non-citizens is now available in the Employee section of EZ Access.

November 10: Permanent budget reports have been updated with the latest data. Staffing reports (currently
only in Brio) have been updated with the final Oct 31 staffing data.

November 6: October general ledger data and reports are available.

|
November 3: October payroll reports are now available.
|
|
October 27: The Pay Audit Earnings report is now available for October earnings paid November 1st.
Look for this report under PAYROLL LEDGER in EZ Access or Financial/Payroll Ledger in Brio. PRINT TO PDF capability and a total have been
added to the report in EZ Access.

October 26: A new Brio report on possible furlough discrepancies is now
available in the employee folder. The report predicts furlough totals and compares them to actual furlough
distributions, reporting any possible SRB and SRS discrepancies. If you see no results for the SRB and SRS reports it
means all of your furlough transactions appear to be correct. A report of all FEP transactions is also
included in the same document. The same report will be available later in EZ Access.
